Tickerty Boo is a small independant business based at Grove Farm, Moulton, Northamptonshire NN3 7TG. We're proud to be a small business and really appreciate every order placed with us.

We accept all major payment methods at checkout, all payments are processed securely.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of the order date, however, at peak times this can be slightly longer (especially during the festive period) Your expected delivery timeframe will be shown at checkout.

At present, we primarily deliver within the UK, but please check out delivery options at checkout for the latest availability.

If in doubt, drop us a message here or though our socials, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Sometimes our website will have exclusive items for online only, or our bestsellers which can always sell out straight away.

Yes. We understand that sometimes an item isn't quite right, please contact us including your order number and reason for return before sending your item back.

Items must be returned in perfect, saleable condition and where applicable, in their original packaging.

We're sorry, please contact us as soon as possible, within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can help resolve the issue.

Yes! Tickerty Boo gift vouchers are available to purchase through our website and make an easy gift for someone who loves beautiful things for their home. Gift Vouchers can only be spent in our shop at Grove Farm, Moulton.

Not necessarily, some photos may show items styled alongside other products for inspiration. Please check the individual product descriptions or if till unsure then get in touch with us.
